Jennifer Moore was born and raised in the inner city of Chicago, Illinois.  She was raised by both her parents and is one of four siblings.  Jennifer’s entrepreneur spirit began at age 12 when she started making trips to the store for multiple families on the block, many of whom paid her, and others of whom could not afford to pay her.  She serviced them all regardless of whether or not they could afford to pay her.

Jennifer is the founder and CEO of A Touch of Grace Hospice, with locations in Chicago, Illinois and Nashville, Tennessee.  Jennifer was awakened to her destiny in 2002 after developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in 2001.  Although she is professionally trained as a social worker and a sociologist, she obeyed God and accepted her call to serve in the hospice field.  Jennifer’s focus is on decreasing the disparity in the use of hospice among people of color, both nationally and internationally.

The willingness to serve others has always played a major part in Jennifer’s life.  Just like she served those families on her block when she was just a young girl, regardless of their ability to pay her or not, she now serves patients and families who need hospice care, whether they have health insurance or not.  Her training started long ago, and her willingness to pursue her destiny has produced much fruit in her life.

On a more personal note, Jennifer is a very down to earth Christian who is extremely passionate about her faith.  She loves movies and plays, she enjoys talking, she laughs out loud, and has a very outgoing personality.  She is a healthy mix between her father’s outgoing personality, his ambition, and his ability to dream big, and her mother’s reserved personality, her wisdom, and her self control when it comes to making wise decisions.  Jennifer has 13 beautiful nieces and nephews, all of whom she adores and loves dearly.
